This recipe provides you with the steps to making a soft and strong banana tasting vegan banana bread. It’s very moist and can easily be modified for allergy free ingredients!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
In a mixer, throw in your vegetable oil and brown sugar, measured.
Next, cut up all of your bananas and slowly add them to the mixer.
Then add your vanilla extract and any plant based milk
(I’ve made this recipe before with soy and almond milk)
Now you can add in your flour slowly while mixing.
Finally add in baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
(It’s optional to throw in nuts or chocolate chips at the end)
In a greased, 8×5 loaf pan add your batter
(You can also use an individual brownie pan for more shareable and quicker banana bread.)
Bake for 1 hour (loaf) OR 25 minutes (brownies)
Stick a toothpick in the middle to ensure you it’s cooked and ENJOY!

3 large overripe bananas
1/2 cup of vegetable oil
3/4 cup of brown sugar
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
3 tablespoons of plant based milk
2 cups of all purpose flour
1 teaspoon of baking soda
3/4 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
(Optional 3/4 cup of walnuts or/and 1/2 cup of vegan chocolate chips)
